The audience is eagerly waiting for Bollywood actor Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel's upcoming film 'Gadar-2'. Recently, before the release of the film 'Gadar 2', the story has been allegedly leaked, which remains in the discussion among the people.

Sunny Deol has shared the first look poster of the film 'Gadar 2' on his Instagram page. Sunny Deol is seen wearing kurta and pyjama in this post. Wearing a turban on his head, angry face and holding a big hammer. Along with this, 'Hindustan Zindabad' is written on the poster.

Gadar 2 Release Date

Actually, 'Gadar-2' is a sequel to the 2001 film 'Gadar: Ek Prem Katha'. Which can knock in theatres in August this year to entertain the audience. It has been said in many reports that on the occasion of Independence Day i.e. on 15 August 2023 (15 August 2023), the film can be released, after which there is a lot of excitement among the fans about the film.

 Gadar: Ek Prem Katha to be released once again

The official statement has said that 'Gadar: Ek Prem Katha' will be released before 'Gadar 2'. It will be released on the same date in which it was released in 2001. The makers of the film have taken this decision so that the audience can understand the entire story of the film once again. The makers have decided to release the film on 15th June 2023 and 'Gadar 2' will release on 11th August.

Some important stories of 'Gadar 2'

It is being told that in 'Gadar 2', the story of his son Jeete will be shown along with Tara Singh and Sakina. In the first part, Tara Singh went across the border to Pakistan to bring his wife Sakina, but now the story of the second part will start from this point onwards. Gadar 2 is directed by Anil Sharma. Apart from Sunny Deol and Amisha Patel, Gaurav Chopra, Utkarsh Sharma, and Luv Sinha will be seen in the film. Utkarsh Sharma is the one who played the role of Jeete in 'Gadar: Ek Prem Katha'. But he has grown up in the sequel. Most of the shooting of 'Gadar 2' took place in Lucknow. The flag of Pakistan was hoisted here by showing the La Martiniere College of Lucknow as the headquarters of the Pakistan Army.

Ek Prem Katha is the story of a Sikh Tara Singh (Deol) who falls in love with a Pakistani Muslim girl Sakina (Ameesha Patel). For the sequel, both Deol and Patel will reprise their roles.

Gadar released on the same day as Aamir Khan starrer Lagaan, making it one of the biggest box office battles of that time. However, the film became a huge success at the box office.
