Batla House first trailer was released, It is an action thriller film which is directed by Nikkhil Advani. John Abraham is playing the role of a police officer named Sanjeev Kumar Yadav. The film is scheduled to release theatrically on 15 August 2019.
The film is based on the real incident Batla House encounter, known as Operation Batla House. It was occurred on a date 19 September 2008 in Delhi's Jamia Nagar locality, in which two suspected terrorists were killed while two other suspects Mohammad Saif and Zeeshan were arrested.
Batla House is the second collaboration of Nikkhil Advani and John Abraham after Salaam-E-Ishq. Mrunal Thakur, Prakash Raj, and Ravi Kishan are also in pivotal roles. Batla House is slated to release on 15 August and will face a clash with Akshay Kumar's Mission Mangal and Shradhha Kapoor's Saaho.
