This is a love story movie which is based on based on Chetan Bhagat's bestseller book Half Girlfriend. You all have already know about this story. This is a story of Bihari boy Madhav and Delhi girl Riya. Both are young teenager. Madhav fall in love with Riya and propose her but Riya consider we are just good friends. Madhav belongs to a middle class family and Riya is from higher class family. Both have different life style. Riya thinks there is big communication gap between both of them because Madhav can't speak English properly and on the other hand Riya speaks fluent English. Madhav always try to convince her to being her girlfriend but Riya rejects his proposal. She wants to just friend. One Day Riya suggest to Madhav a unique idea of Half Girlfriend. Riya agrees to being his Half Girlfriend (friend cum girlfriend). From here, the new modern love story starts with good, bad, excited relationship.
