Arun Yogiraj is a talented and famous sculptor from Mysore, India, who has achieved immense recognition for carving the idol of Ram Lalla, the young form of Lord Rama, that will be installed in the sanctum sanctorum of the grand Ram Mandir in Ayodhya. Arun Yogiraj is a resident of Mysore, Karnataka. His five generations have been sculptors only. His father Yogiraj and grandfather Basavanna were also famous sculptors.

The Ram Lalla idol was installed in the sanctum sanctorum of the Ram Mandir on January 22, 2024, during the grand 'Pran Pratishtha' ceremony. Ram Lalla crafted from a special type of black stone called Krishna Shila, known for its durability and aesthetic appeal.
