The wait is over! The trailer of Panipat has been released, It is an upcoming historical war film directed by Ashutosh Gowarikar. It is based on the third battle of Panipat that was fought between the Marathas and the Afghan invaders. Arjun Kapoor, Sanjay Dutt and Kriti Sanon are in the lead role. It is scheduled to release on 6 December 2019.
Arjun Kapoor is playing the role of Sadashiv Rao Bhau who led the outnumbered Marathas in the battlefield against Ahmad Shah Abdali as Sanjay Dutt. Kriti Sanon is playing the role Arjun Kapoor's wife named Parvati Bai.
After watching the trailer, Arjun character reminds of the role of Bajirao which is played by Ranveer Singh & Sanju Dutt reminds the role of Khilji which is also played b Ranveer Singh in Padmaavat.
